Why do you have a gaming mouse?

Wired/Wireless operation, extra buttons, adjustable grip.

I use my computer for work & games so I'm on it constantly. Investing in input devices is a no brainer.

I have a G500. I like it for the shape and side buttons. When I first bought a "gaming mouse", it was a G5 a number of years ago, the first revision, then a second revision on a replacement.

It doesn't seem like there were many options for mice with side buttons. I've since used that style of mouse. When this one dies, I'll probably change up and get something different.

I like having extra programmable and macro buttons on it so I don't have to use the keyboard.

I've been using gaming branded mice for years. I prefer wireless for convenience so I'm happy with the Logitech G700s. It's very comfortable, precise, fast, and if you want to, there are a bunch of extra programmable buttons.
