My max budget is $110. Tired of using my TV as my monitor. Any suggestions would be appreciated. :)

Craiglist is probably your best bet.

tbh i dont know much about monitors but ive seen monitors from acer for 130 around, for 23 inch's

It doesn't need to be a huge monitor. 19-21 inches is fine. My previous monitor was only 15 inches and I used it for nearly 10 years, until last year.
