Recommend me a good processor +mobo+cooling?

My budget is between 350 and 450 I'd say. I have a power supply, hard drive, 2 460s gtx+'s, 4 gigs( not much but I hear ram is pricey these days) and a case.

I've been out of the computer game since late 2010 so I don't know what's good and bad. I use to prefer Intel but I'm open to suggestions. If someone could throw a few different combinations my way that would be swell.

If you feel like spending a little more on cooling I'd say get an H80i.

If I want to spend another 60 (460 total) bucks are there any decent upgrades to that build? I'm not sure how great the processor is, how are those hashwells? Also is that mobo good for slightly and use 3.0?

I would try to research this more myself but I don't notion a computer and am smart phone only right now. Boy do I miss computers.

That is a great processor for gaming. Also, you could use a MSi z87-gd65 mobo.

to my knowledge all Z87 mobos will have USB and PCI Express 3.0. For $40, you won't really get a better processor.
