I was wanting to start into a mmorpg but I dont know whats out there. I dabbled in Neverwinter Nights and Guild Wars a few years ago, but I didn't particularly like them. Looking for preferrably something f2p.

Well you could try Guild Wars 2 it's quite different from 1.
The only F2P I've enjoyed is SWTOR.

Combat is good but it's pretty much 100% grinding and "kill x and collect y of z" quests.
There is no variation at all. It is the same quest over and over with different monsters.

"Good" and "MMORPG" are not mutually compatible.
ADD, no. Where is the thread for Fallout OCD players?

Definitely Guild Wars 2, it's the most entertaining out of the ones I've played recently, which includes Tera, Neverwinter and FFXIV. Tera has the better battle system that is more in the form of an ARPG, however like said before, there's absolutely no variation in the quest. Neverwinter had a similar battle system, but alot of things were going against that too.

I guess Guild Wars 2 is pretty good.
