Steam Library question

Don't even know what you want. Are you trying to delete a game off your account or uninstall a game that you thought of playing but decided against it after only starting the download? The latter has the option, the former is not possible.

It is possible if you beg Steam Support. I got The Witcher deleted off my account and got a refund (they only do this once though). I'm not not sure how many times you can get a game deleted (without getting a refund). Probably only once, though.

However, even for games that aren't fully downloaded and installed, I have the option of right-clicking them and deleting the local content. I can also go into the game's directory and delete any stragglers. If it's a free-to-play game, this usually deletes it from my library entirely.

I just want it off the list. I started downloading a game and stopped it but its still in my library. I want to remove it.

That's the only options I get for it.

You can't. If it's a free weekend game; it'll be removed once it's over and you restart your client.

Otherwise you'll have to deal with it or ask Steam support.

It was the game Gun Monkeys. I think its free? So even with free games you can get them off your list?

I noticed I had downloaded Planetside 2 froms team as well but then I fully deleted through Steam and that's off my list. Does the game have to be fully installed for you to be able to remove it from the list?

If you payed for a game, its on there indefinitely (unless it was a micro-transaction). If its free, a free weekend, or by any means available to you at any time, it can be removed. Was that so hard for somebody here to say?

CATS. That's about it honestly...

Probably been said already

Did you think because it said '2 hours left' that it was downloading? DeadIsland Riptide had a free weekend, the '2 hours remaining' was talking about how much longer it was free. You never downloaded anything.
