Now I'm not sure if you're talking about Dead Space or Dark Souls. I can tell you Dark Souls works fine with a controller. Dead Space should, too -- in fact I heard the mouse/keyboard controls are atrocious.

I'm asking about anything for Dead Space that's similar to DSfix for Dark Souls. I'm not saying there is anything; just wondering if there is.

You won't need to do anything to make it work, there's no option you need to enable or anything either. There's also no settings to adjust for controller, only the mouse, so I hope you're alright with the default settings. It's just a mess of a port all around.

Just did it. Brings you back to the start-up page. It also lists you as playing steam to your friends, which is pretty funny.
