bastion followed by amnesia. Not sure why The Void isn't listed under indie, otherwise that would top the list. EYE Divine Cybermancy is better than any of them but its Metacritic score is lower than your requirement. (Metacritic = worthless, by the way.)

Mostly Spelunky though.
