Very good, yes. Rebirth is probably the #1 game I'm looking forward to right now.

I don't understand the game at all, but I've spent more time in Albion prelude than anything else since the humble bundle

I'm intrigued by the X series... how does it compare to games like Master of Orion 2?

It's because the game lacks a real tutorial and they just kind of plop in new features with every expansion. All they can really do, really. Unless they took the time each time to redo the entire interface. Easy enough to learn once you get all the information though.

November 15th can't come soon enough! *cry

In not complaining, there's a lot to learn and a real tutorial would be so long and boring

This is actually a good walk through series broken up into various tutorials, in case you ever wanted to know about a particular thing. And yes, they are all very long, a lot to explain. haha

The amount of hours I've put into this, I still find myself looking things up. They should have redone the UI to facilitate the new features. Meh

I started with the first one thanks to X Humble Bundle. I was sceptical, but X BTF is amazing once you get to know all the basics.
I wish more games had this kind of depth.

Completely different. You'd more compare it to games like Freelancer, Freespace 1/2, Wing Commander, etc. You actually fly ships around. You do still talk with other factions, build/destroy relationships, and can place structures, build yourself an economy, build entire fleets, etc., so you can do a lot more things similar to MOO2, but it plays totally like a space sim, not a strategy.

Sounds really interesting. How's the customization? Can I eventually build my ship/fleet to be awesome and destroy everything else in the galaxy? Also, does it have replay value?
