I'm searching for it, but the only thing I'm getting is the link to download it for Android.

Why would you even want to use Dolphin Browser on windows, when all it's trying to do is emulate the desktop experience on phones.

Chrome isn't running some of the applications that I need for my College course, & one of my friends showed me that he got Dolphin to run it. So, thought I would try it instead. I'm trying to watch a video in my German class, but it says I don't have the proper Adobe Plug-Ins for it, & whenever I tried to download it Chrome/or Windows 8 would be thinking I'm trying to download a virus so they wouldn't let the download go through. I didn't know if this was a Chrome/or Windows 8 problem so I figured I would try it with Dolphin to see if it was.

Uhh, Dolphin is a mobile ONLY browser. Here is the website:
http://dolphin.com/

The ONLY thing that is even related to Windows is a browser addon to do the same thing Chrome Sync does. If Chrome doesn't work with your uni's site, try IE and Firefox.

In all reality though, Dolphin is webkit based, and Chrome is based on a forked version of webkit.

You might be able to use it with BlueStacks.
