Differences between various GTX 780s? And question about water cooling w/ case.

Most of the parts for my new build are ordered or have arrived. I just need to decide on a video card and a case.

I know I want a 780, but I don't know which one to get. The prices aren't THAT different so that's not a big issue. I just want to get the most bang for my buck. Are there any brands that you guys would recommend? I know Asus hasn't disappointed me for as long as I've used their parts, but I'm always open to different things if it makes a difference.

As for the case, I want to get an NZXT Phantom 410 (a mid-sized tower). The only thing I'm worried about is the installation of my H100i liquid cooler. I've never used water cooling before. I've watched several videos on youtube but the one detail they all seem to skip over for whatever ungodly reason is the placement of the fans and its...mountability with certain cases. There doesn't seem to be a standard placement for them and that worries me. I've been building my own computers for two decades but even back in the IDE cable days everything had specific places they should be.

Does anyone know of a video or a guide that can tell me EXACTLY where I should mount the fans? My gut instinct is to put them at the bottom facing up to blow air over all the circuitry. Is that even possible? Is there a better way?

I have not had any problems with my EVGA 780's. I Would definitely recommend them.

might be a tight fit. You may have to change a few things around. I have a full size phantom and If I want to mount anything bigger than my H60, I will have to make some brackets for the radiator. And essentially, your case is a smaller version than mine.

Seems like it will fit your case

But if you want a bigger case in a similar style this could be an option

I don't care if this is a dumb question, I want to be sure.

Are you talking about a computer case, or...something less than legal? I'm ok with taking advice on either tbh but I want to make sure we're on the same page here.
