1) Street Fighter III : 3rd Strike - Parry System separated the men from the boys. If you were a master at it you literally almost became untouchable. 2) King of Fighter XIII - I just recently got into this, but after watching the two past EVO Events this game is amazing. The timing for combo's is extremely tight and I love that. Also watching a comeback in it is one of the greatest things to ever witness in a fighting game. (Especially when it's a 3 on 3, and one guy is down to his anchor.) 3) Street Fighter IV (And all it's iterations) - It's one of those games where it's easy to pick-up and hard to master. There's so much you need to know to even begin being competitive. FADC's, unblockable set-ups, etc. Although I love 3rd Strike more, I still consider this a good fighting game.
