Here is what I want, the rest I just need to fit around it.
8GB 2133mhz RAM
Radeon HD 7750 (to hybrid crossfire with APU down the road. I will not purchase this initially, but I would like to see which model is recommended for future reference)
Some sort of SSD for Windows and an HDD for mass storage / games
I want a small case, preferably something that can fit in an entertainment center. I want it to have wifi built in and Bluetooth if possible. I want to be able to OC the processor and RAM so I definitely need some good airflow and a CPU cooler. I would hope its a pretty quiet PC as well. Price limit of $600 not including Windows.
http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1K091 comes at $560 without a case or power supply because I don't know what you're looking for there. You said it has to fit in an entertainment center but you'll want to look up the actual dimensions of where you want to fit this PC and get a case that fits within that spot. Accordingly I picked a Mini-ITX motherboard and 2.5" drives to give you the smallest possible footprint, but you want a Blu-Ray reader, that's a 5.25" device unless you can find a laptop drive and a case that will fit that. That build also does not have Wi-Fi capability.
In short: good luck on $600.

$672, and you'd have to find a wireless/bluetooth solution separately because none of the motherboards I could find that were compatible with that CPU had it built-in. I also didn't pick a small case because you mentioned you wanted an aftermarket CPU cooler, a blu-ray drive, and good air flow. It's the best I could do, so if you want to use it as a starting point and tinker with it, feel free.
Edit: Maybe you really want a laptop for your needs? It's gonna cost you way more though.
This is what I put together based on what has been recommended / what I would like. My big concern is the case. I have no idea if all this stuff will fit in this case. Will it fit? If not, what could I get that it will fit in, without being excessively big. The more compact I can make the PC, the happier I will be.
