When using the keyboard on explorer, how do you go to select icons and pop right

...and pop right mouse button click menu?

For example, I am using some program, I hit ALT to select the upper bar menus. And I can press underlined letters to directly select each option. But say I decided to open a file. I have to press TAB like 7 times before being able to select icons. But is there another way?

And can I bring up the right click menu over a selected icon with the keyboard?

Or just point me to a source that lists all this stuff.
