First is

Case: bitfenix prodigy
CPu: i5 4670k
PSU: corsair builder series bronze 600W
GPU: gtx 780
Ram: crucial ballistix DDR3 8 gb- low profile
Ssd: sandisk 128
HDD: Toshiba 1tb 7200 rpm
Mobo: asrock z87n WiFi ITX board

Hyper 212 evo- but not sure if it will fit

Wait on the new AMD cards. Essentially a 7970 GHz for 299.99? Or better than a Titan for 599.

Can you do it from the laptop in your signature?

Otherwise I'd say the 770 is your best bet. Make sure it's 4 GB since games are starting to use more in this coming generation

Nope, nvidia doesn't allow stream via mobile gpu as of now. Maybe update eventually- I'm not holding my breath.
I also find nvidia less of a hassle than AMD cards. Their more expensive but I've always been very happy.
