Microsoft Intellimouse Explorer IE 3.0

30 bucks on ebay.

Not tricked out with 100 buttons or fancy weights, but it fits in your hand almost perfectly, and is nothing but reliable. I have a Cosair M60, and I just keep coming back to the intellimouse 3.0

In fact, just bought another one to have in reserve. I don't think any new ones are being manufactured anymore.

Anker High Precision Gaming mouse.

bought this mouse about 6 months ago, love it so far. Enough buttons on the mouse while also having great ergonomics, up to 8000 DPI, and on the cheap side for a gaming mouse.

I have the older version of the E-Blue Mazer mouse. It's a very cheap mouse, but I figured I would give it a shot since anything would be an upgrade from my stock Gateway mouse. I've had mine about 6 months and it works great. The tracking is excellent. I paired it with a Razer Goliathus Alpha mouse pad (the small one), which is also top-notch. The mouse has 5 buttons, but I only use 3 and the scroll wheel usually. It may be cheap, but it's a very high quality mouse. Lots of reviews on Amazon.

Anybody else have this mouse? There are some newer versions, but this is the one I have.

I just bought the Deathadder for $60 of newegg. I felt it had the right combination of aesthetics, ergonomics, simplicity, and a quality sensor. Great purchase.
