Once we perfect building Mechs, I expect there to be a factory in Mexico pumping out a brand call Mechsican. I wanna buy me a Mechsican.

i7-4770K
MSI Twinfrozr 7970 3GB
16GB Ram

It has to run 1080p at 60FPS. That's the only reason I built this computer, for this game...maxed out at 1080p

I plan on getting a R9 290x

Oh, you thought they made this game for you? You clearly bought the wrong game.

8 & 12 core via Hyperthreading.

I think that's how it works.

There are Xeons with ten cores.

And the octocore, AMD CPUs you're thinking of don't truly have eight cores.

I expect it to chug on my phenom II a bit, but other than that it should run.

In my experience CPUs below the "recommended" run like crap.

Everything is fine except for my HD 5770

The minimum requirements are pretty high, considering it's also coming to the current gen consoles. Even BF4 still supports the DX10 cards.
