It didn't pick up my controller, but it's perfectly playable on KB+M. The music was the horrible low quality midi stuff, but it's very easy to replace it with the high quality stuff (http://tinyurl.com/oy8e3sa). The characters are high res, but the backgrounds are the same as ever, so it can look a little jarring. I don't know about the DRM. It supports cloud saving. While this can be disabled, I don't know if the game still works offline.

Controllers work. I'd recommend getting it, there are lots of HD mods for it along with remastered audio.
