CPU-Z is more for checking overclocks and stuff. At least that's what I primarily use it for. But yes, post your information.

WinDirStat - shows you a visual map of a hard drive's space so you can easily pinpoint what is taking up unnecessary space.

I'm kind of in the same boat, I've usually used MSE but I've never had a problem as I'm somewhat of a sensible browser, my parents and girlfriend and kids on the other hand... I've heard avast! is good so might try that myself
