Any reason to get a m-atx mobo over a itx if i only only plan on using one gpu?

I am building a new machine with

Bitfenix prodigy, and I just found out they make a prodigy m that supports matx.

I plan on only putting in a 780 and I prefer 1 GPU rigs opposed to sli, so I doubt I'll ever want sli.

The ITx mobo I'm using is Asrock z87E. If I go with matx I'm getting the Asus maximus vi gene

The Prodigy is Mini ITX.

No, I mean, you can't use Micro ATX. They have a Prodigy-M, though, apparently for that. So, disregard everything I've said.
