How often do you fella's upgrade, anyway?

I sidegrade, etc.. in the past 20 months I've went thru 7970s in CF, 680s, 660ti, Titan.

I like to mess with new things basically.

I expect the 880 be around 30% over AMDs R9, which is normal to see around a 30% per generation and the R9 is right around that of Nvidia's 780/Titan, give or take some benchmarks(Snuckie will cherry pick the benchmarks in his favor, just watch)

"Titan 2" as long as it's substantially faster than the 880, and remains at the top (undisputed) until the 9xx rolls around. Also, at $1000 I expect it not to be artificially limited by power targets, etc. "Boost 3.0" should be such that if the card is kept cool, it would automatically crank up the voltage, draw more power, and boost as high as possible... always.

Two years between each upgrade or a new build here.

2014 = GTX 880 and 2016-17(depending how the desired components are released) = the new build.

How much do you usually get for your old cards?

I usually pass my older stuff to my brothers for free, more or less, though my younger brother currently has the superior card(GTX 780).
This actually is the first time I just upgrade the card and not build a whole new build, so I'll have to see what I'll do when the time comes.
