For the last 5 years or so I've read enumerable PC-Gamer posts whining about games being scaled back to current gen console specs and not taking advantage of their x2 Titan (ect...) setup. Now games are appearing which can take advantage of a top tier gaming setup, you're still whining?

This is why I buy game consoles for playing games and PCs for PC stuff. The only endevour worth having such a setup is for 3D rendering (modern GPU's speed up the process and accelerate physics and high end fluid simulation).

Truth is, we in the West are addicted to whinging no matter what. A glass half-full society of narcissistic "ME ME ME's".

50GB LMAO. Is this for real? If so no one will buy that game. Jesus..... I bet BF4 is like half that if not less and it will still be the superior game.

I've never played Call of Duty, never wanted to play Call of Duty, but this PC I put together in August can more than handle that so maybe I'll check it out. Is this the most demanding game that's gonna show up on Steam this fall?

The bright side is that it sounds like the PC version could potentially look much better, and in my opinion they wouldn't have recommended a 780 otherwise. Really, there's no amount of optimization that could make the PS4's ~1.8 teraflops GPU perform as efficiently as a ~4 teraflops GTX 780.

Speaking with Kotaku, executive producer Mark Rubin explained that while previous versions of COD made by Infinity Ward made use of the graphical assets from the Xbox 360 and PS3, this time around the studio has made original ones specifically designed for the platform.

"PC is taking a different tack from previous games [in the series,]" he said. "Now, PC has its own set of assets, it's going to look better than any Call of Duty we've ever made on PC."

Seeing as this is the case, it's pretty much a given that the PC version of Call of Duty: Ghosts will look better than the ones on PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and Wii U. But what of the next-gen versions on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One? Will the PC version look better than them?

According to Rubin, it's possible. He explained, "They're actually using an even higher version in many cases than the next-gen consoles, from a texture standpoint."

Certainly be interesting to see what it'll actually deliver with specs likes that.

It does seem a bit puzzling. I'm sure you can dial things down as needed for lesser hardware.

Weak pc gamers reported the mods, deleted my topic because they cant handle the truth for next gen games and pc upgrade. UPGRADE IT FOR NEXT GEN. THIS IS NOT TROLLING.

If not then you are not pc master race.
