What are the most intensive games i can play with this setup?

Heads up, I don't know much about PC parts, i know what they do, but don't understand which ones are better, brands, etc. This will be my first PC, and please excuse my incompetence if I miss anything obvious

This is a setup a friend recommended to me for a budget around $500.

I would primarily be playing games like LoL, Smite, Terraria, Fallout, various Steam games, and BF4 (if it can run it). What is the most this setup could handle? I would also like to know if this could play BF4, as most of my friends will be getting that.

Also, i'm planning on getting Windows 7 with it too, but i don't understand the different types of OS's that show up under Windows 7.

BF4 on medium at most. All the other games you mentioned will play fine easily on max settings.

GTX 650 is pretty bad. Anyway you could scrounge around for a little extra and get the 660? Or get the 560/570?

Isnt a 650TI on par with a 660 non TI version?

Tinkered with it a bit. It's a few bucks cheaper overall, and should perform a little better.

no far from it, the 650 is a big drop off from the 660+ cards
