Looking for a PSU of at least 620W that's not a complete PoS

Purchased this for my build originally because it has generally great reviews and a suite of features:

Coil whine out the ass. RMA'd thrice. No dice. Great features and price ruined by the worst noise I've ever experienced from a PSU.

tl;dr I need:

- PSU of at least 620w
- Preferably semi/fully modular
- Known to operate silently under load
- Solid warranty is a plus

Any help is appreciated.

I use this. It doesn't make any noticeable noise, but it isn't modular.

Why not get the modular version then?

I didn't know there was a modular version.

Either way, personally, I would save the $10 because I have no interest in this.

Coil whine happens.
Given that you went through 3 top-notch units, I'd wager it's not your PSU that's the problem anyway.

No, it's definitely the PSU.

Unless some other part of my machine can indirectly cause my PSU to whir and grind?

Experiencing the same thing as in the video when the PSU is under load, but his apparent solution of messing with the C1E setting in the bios didn't do me any good.

I own the Seasonic M12II 620w and it works great. Never heard anything over my case fans. I've been using it since April with no issues at all.
