I would also prefer if it is a copy that allows me to dual boot with my current Windows Vista install

No, it's upgrade only. Which basically means you need another OS to upgrade from.

Theoretically, yes, but it requires you to edit the registry. Not sure if that's legal everywhere or not.

Having said that, why do you want to keep your Vista installation?
