Well seeing as others have done so already, there is little point in adding to the fire.

I really wish the fanboyism would stop though.

8350 is roughly equivalent to a 2500k. TC didn't mark his as a K version so if it isn't overclocked, your 8350 will stomp on it for the most part. As of right now, I'd honestly recommend an 8350 over a 2500k. Games will start using those cores on a more regular basis fairly soon I'm sure.

I like my amd 8230....the price point was the catcher for me...and Im pretty sure coupled with my 7870 ghz card my games will look pretty for a good while

I love my 8350, I got it for $180 and flashed my bios for free instead of having to buy a new motherboard, overclocked to 4.8ghz and it beats a stock 3770k in everything but per core performance which is barely ahead.
