Well I heard the 6450 isn't good, and I have an HDMI Monitor but I wasn't sure if I needed an HDMI motherboard with it or not

Stick at least a 7770 or a 650ti and you will be good for light gaming.

if cost is something....screw the lights and get another 4gb of ram .....7870 for next gen at least and maybe a 1tb hard drive....

and also the sound card isnt needed....on board audio is pretty good and the card isnt much of an upgrade
