The one I have is a little bent and doesn't fit in the case.

Who's the mobo or case manufacturer that the I/O shield came with? For an item as minimal as that I bet they would just mail one out to you. Then again most of us here aren't customer service representatives, so your best bet would be to call them up.

maybe you just arent putting it in right, its pretty terrible to install

I had a hell of a time installing the padded shield that came with my asus

the stupid padding was so thick it made the mobo not line up with the standoffs.
