It's usually just a matter of carefully unscrewing the cooling part from the card, and then cleaning off the GPU and re-applying fresh thermal paste.

You haven't told us your load temps. Start worrying when load temps go above ~80-85C.

If it crashes like 20-30 minutes into a game, would telling you the load temps really matter? :/

It's idling at 70 at times too
