Easily I'd say.

I'm not very experienced with laptops so I'd not take my word for it though.

Yeah it should run on medium settings alright. Don't try to use physx though.

A 670m is roughly equivalent to a 460 (768mb edition) on the desktop side of things for future reference.

Nearly identical and actually might be the same chip rebranded... So Nvidia 460se or AMD 6700

While we are on the topic, what would you equate my 750m 2Gb GDDR5 to desktop-wise? I've always been curious but I don't know the accuracy of those comparison sites.

Not really wrong... a 650Ti is similar to a 460 as well. Also a newer AMD comparison would be a 7770.

You need to remember that the second number in a series is generally the most important. It takes several generations of cards usually to move to the next 'peg' so to speak.

thanking you for your quick responses. Strange though how my desktop
i5 3570k
7970ghz edition

then my laptop
i7 4700mq
gtx 765m

In some games i get better performance on my laptop might be due to i7?
But yeh can run most things on the laptop at the moment on very high/ ultra setting with 30 fps +

Except the obvious PC killers Crysis 3 etc
