I have been getting this for a while now. It happens more than occasionally when I try to put my computer into sleep mode. This pops up and then just restarts my computer.

How can I fix it??

sorry bout the large image

Google says that stop code (0x00000D1) is an issue with your hard drive/solid state drives setup.

If running RAID, ensure the drivers are up to date, if not, try updating the firmware (SSD).

Otherwise, I'd format them and try a fresh install.
