I've had this thing for over a year. Maybe i idiotically messed up the initial configuration and optimization, or maybe something i've done along the way messed it up.

My Motherboard only supports Sata2. I already have it set to AHCI, not sure what the issue could be, is it just old? Did i mistreat it?

It's not being detected in the Samsung magician software either.

Accidentally deleted the link when i edited. I decided to abort during the 4k speeds, but it was pretty much stuck at .71ish mbs.

Open your cmd line, run this command:
fsutil behavior query DisableDeleteNotify
And make sure that the result is "0".

Did that, and the result was 0. I'll try running another test.

Test was just as bad. Also i noticed in my device manager that i don't have an AHCI thing under the IDE controllers.

Could this have something to do with it?

How much free space do you have left on the SSD?

I don't know whether or not the AMD SATA Controller also takes care of AHCI. You should look into it more.
