Looks good except you're paying too much for a PSU. 80 Plus Platinum really isn't worth the cost over Bronze.

Look into the TX650M from Corsair or something similar

Looks very nice. There is some talk about games starting to use more than 4 cores, so in a couple of years you might be wishing you got a 4770K instead, but it's probably not going to be a huge deal for a while. For gaming right now, it looks very solid.

Edit: That RAM is going to hit the 212 EVO. Go with LP RAM.

That only has 8 GB of RAM


True, but most games right now use less than 4GB. It's also simple to add more down the road if you feel you need more.
