Depends on the game.
Slower paced game? 30+ is fine sometimes, other times I'll aim for 40-60, depending on my mood.
Med paced games? 70-90 is a good target. I'll usually lower settings to hit that.
Fast paced games? 100+. Will lower settings to get. Anything less, and I start avoiding parts of said game.(ie, certain maps in UT3 or CSGO for example)

High settings and lower fps for me unless I am playing multilayer. Than I will lower settings if needed.

Surely you don't really notice anything above 60?
