Best graphics card for running a three display setup?

#1iscareu13Posted 10/14/2013 7:24:36 PM
Obviously a top of the line card would be best, so I guess let's break it down into categories:

Under $200:
Between $200 and $300:
Between $300 and $400:
$400 and more:

It isn't going to be used for gaming across three displays. It will be more for multitasking.

If it's being used for multitasking then literally anything that supports three monitors will do. You won't see any difference between a $400 card and a $100 card for just running displays...

I guess I should've been more clear.

I want to game on one of the monitors, but I don't want to use eyefinity/Nvidia 3D (or whatever it is called). I still want the best gaming performance I can get for the price.

right, but what he is saying that if you are only gaming on one of the screens, then there is virtually no difference by hooking the other two up as far as a performance hit is concerned.

so really what you are asking is what the best price to performance card in each of those price ranges, that has enough ports to support 3 monitors (which other than maybe some of the low profile cards would be pretty much any card from the last couple of generations)
