im getting lags in my games on ultra 1080P. would these in tri-SLI beat a single 660ti?

No. Those cards only have 512 MB and games need more than that now and it will only get worse. Also 3 way SLI is just a pain in general

As others have mentioned and shown, no, absolutely not. Those three cards will be noticeably worse than your 660TI.

However, I just wanted to discuss a misconception about SLI that you seem to have. Your post implies that RAM is additive in an SLI configuration, which is not the case. Rather, in that 3-SLI setup, there is only 512mb of VRAM available for the system to use. Additionally, SLI performance has diminishing returns, adding a new card will improve performance, but it won't be twice as effective as a single card.
