Until I started buying Console Ports on Steam, and running them on max settings on my crappy laptop and still maintaining the 30 FPS Minimum that is standard on consoles (Most of the time 50 FPS+, Though my Laptop still really really hates fog/Smoke effects.).

In most Cases, games not only run better and load quicker, They just generally function better.

Jeez... How insane will it be when my real PC is finished? (In process of building it... well ordering parts for it.)

Are you talking about the 360 and the PS3 that came out in 2005 and 2006 respectively? Are you even familiar with Moore's Law?

Well i mean obviously i knew modern PC's could outperform them... Just didnt realize a crappy 2 year old Laptop could own them that badly.

B-b-but I was told that consoles will always outperform all but the most cutting-edge of PCs due to Teh Optimizations?? PCs need to be upgraded bi-annually, whereas a console plays games flawlessly for 10 years!

This topic is the equivalent of a fat person criticizing thin people for their disability to "roll".
