I have a USB floppy drive sitting nearby, but no disks for it.

I just found a VCR last week to replace my old one. Don't hate old technology.

I got one, but I don't use it anymore.

I stopped using it because whenever my XP machine would write to a disk, it would make the disk unreadable by other computers (95, 98) saying it had to be formatted.
And if 98 formatted it, the XP and 95 couldn't read them.
If the 95 formatted it, then the 98 couldn't read them but the XP could.
If the XP formatted it, then nothing, even the XP, could read it.

Thankfully, USB drives came around and cheap, making floppies truly dead.

I've got one in my computer but not connected because I haven't needed to connect it.... I totally could right now if I wanted to, but I get emails bigger than the storage size of a floppy nowadays, so it's not useful for much...

Where's "I don't have one and I've never used one?" Obviously I know what they are, so that should be an option.

I have floppy drives all over the place, but none of them are being used, or are inside any computers.
