I'm sure it's just one of those assembly line sites that's sole purpose is to generate ad revenue. There are a few sites in the exact same format that have plenty of the exact same(word for word) content.

What kind of business, you ask? Government.

I work for the local county school district. I still have probably 50 computers with Pentium D processors that I'm responsible to maintain.
