Good OTA TV Tuner for PC?

Look for a USB device but I'd settle for PCI device. Needs to be able to get HD signals from local channels

I use this. The only problem I have with it is that the antenna is not that strong so I have to manually point it towards the signal to get a decent picture...However, you can use your own antenna with it. It also works well with Windows media center for recording stuff.
