The most I'd probably do is Minecraft or Warcraft occasionally, so I didn't go overboard with a gfx card.

AMD FX-6350 Six-Core Vishera 3.9ghz 8mb Cache AM3+

MSI 970A-G43 (AMD 970 2xPCI-Ex 6xSata, 4DDR3

4GB PC3 10666 DDR3 1333Mhz Memory Lifetime Warranty

1TB 7200RPM 32MB Cache Sata3 6Gbps

24x LG Sata Dual Layer DVD

1GB Radeon HD6450 GDDR3 PCI-E DVI/HDMI

Apevia Black/Blue X-Dreamer (4 5.25, 5 3.5 5 Fans, Audio/USB 3.0

ISO400 Foxconn Stock Power Supply

Internal All in 1 Card Reader

$560

As I said, I don't want to run Skyrim on Ultra, anything major. Just something that's better than my current HP I have.

HP p6270z

Windows 7 Home Premium x64

AMD Athlon II X4 620

Foxconn ALOE (CPU 1)

4.00GB Dual Channel DDR3 @ 666Mhz (9-9-9-24)

HD Radeon 4200 (Integrated)

Realtek High Definition Audio

HP 2311 (1920x1080) @ 60Hz

1920x1080

488GB Seagate ST3500418AS SCSI Disk Device (RAID)

Monitor will stay the same until I can afford a new Asus, and I have a W8 cd available. I could stretch it to $600.

Thanks. I was using eCollegePC as recommended by a friend because I would prefer to spend the extra money and have them set it up for me. I know that's frowned upon, but I'd rather have it done my pros. Is the XFX card you linked necessary for just casual gaming?
