I know I need to clean the dust outta there, but for now do you guys think 88C is ok? I couldn't find an exact max temp from Nvidia or anything, just message boards. Most people say 80-90 is ok but 90 is pushing it..

I haven't noticed any performance hits in Arkham Origins so as long as nothing is crashing I should be fine, right guys?

reassure me plz -_-;

you do know that the ps4 has ddr5 ram right? with the speed that the ps4s ram downloads at it would only take a few seconds to download killzone

80-90 is common for Fermi cards, but anything you can do to lower it will help.

That's a little high.... but I don't think it goes "pop" until about 91 C

Seems kinda high for a 460. I know that the 470 and 480 are really hot running, but I always heard the 460 is a cooler card.

hmm well I was actually pushin like 80 fps somehow on 1920x1200 so I just turned on vsync for now to limit the GPU usage... I will blow it out in the morning. I don't remember it ever getting this hot but it's been years since I blew my rig out.. -_-;;

also at derp the fan was at about 70% I am afraid of the noise at 100% but your right maybe I should do that.

Thanks everyone ^_^

This. During the summer, my top card can hit the mid 90's and run fine. They usually shutdown and force me to reboot past 100c, though.
