Known games with console commands like Skyrim?

Unusual question, but I was wondering if anyone knows of other games that they have played that allow good usage of console commands?

Mainly free-cam, timestop, player/npc freeze, etc.

Saints Row 4 had a great console command gag during a mission I played recently.

Love that game.

Modern games, or just any games? If it's the latter, there are loads.

IIRC, a good few Unreal Engine games have console commands. Deus Ex, a UE1 game, certainly has them anyway. I think that's probably the case for the original Unreal too.

Counter-Strike has them. It uses the GoldSrc (Half-Life) engine, a precursor to the Source engine. I imagine other GoldSrc/Source engine games have them too.

I'm having a hard time remembering specific examples actually. Well, definite examples anyway. I can remember a lot of "maybes". Various Build engine games fall into that category (e.g. Duke 3D), as well as id Tech games (Doom, Quake), so I could be wrong about them.

Most PC games before 2005 or so had some form of console.

Many games have a console.

Very few games have a console that offers the same power that Bethesda's games offer, where you can do basically anything and everything.

Star Wars: Jedi knight Outcast
Star Wars: Jedi Academy.

Love spawning a bunch of jedi/stormtroopers/rancors whatever.

Doom - no
Quake - yes
Quake introduced the concept to video games, if I recall correctly!

I know Oblivion and Fallout 3/New Vegas have console commands, but I dunno if they have the stuff you want. Gamefaqs has the codes if you wanna check them.

The original Unreal game had the best console commands for spawning specific items, even down to dice you could play with other players online with.

I miss playing that online back when it was only a couple of years old.
