Dang! My Arkham City retail key still isn't being accepted on Steam.

Has anyone managed to get their retail boxed copy activated? :(

Contact WB Games. They helped me out. I didn't even get an activation key on GFWL, just a weird "LIVE Access code" that didn't work (and probably never would've worked on Steam). Got my Batman:AA steam key in my email a couple of days later.

How should I explain it to them? Mind telling me what you did exactly? :)

I sent the guys at WB Customer Support a ticket, stating my problem. What now?

Wait for them to respond?

I should've asked more clearly. I meant, how long will it usually take for them to respond? I've never contacted a support center for a videogame before. So, I'm unsure.

If they work like most other support teams I've encountered you should receive an automated response confirming the system has logged your request, on said email there may be a time frame something along the lines of 24/48 hours to deal with your request.

Oh, okay. I did get the auto response email. Thank you. :)

The only time I had to deal with this sort of thing was when I bought the Dark Souls collectors edition on PS3. My DLC code didn't work. I emailed their customer support and pretty much immediately got an email back and they sent me into chat with one of their support guys. They gave me a new code. Whole process took maybe 15 minutes.

Did you just email them the LIVE access code and tell them the situation?
