Minor yet annoying issue with my monitors.

Randomly, every once and awhile signal will go out and once it does it's game over. I have to do a hard reset. One monitor that is using DVI will say no signal and the other which is using HDMI will say cable not connecting but reconnecting doesn't fix the issue, only a shutdown / reboot does. Why does it do this?

It's really annoying and sometimes it catches me when I'm doing something important.. to where I can't save my work.

Oh noes.. it's not a frequent problem but it either happens at random or sometimes when I exit out of a game.

Sounds more like an issue with your graphics card if both monitors are having the issue.
