Is there much of a difference between pci 2.0 and pci 3.0 in games?

Like FPS and so on?

My comp supports pci 2.0, not pci 3.0. I'm gonna receive the EVGA GTA 780 superclocked within the next week and want to know if there'll be a big difference, like a 10FPS drop with the pci 2.0.

Might as well just throw your computer away and give that card to someone who can actually use it.

A Google search would have been quicker.

Also, PCI and PCI Express are not the same thing.
