good temps for GPU while overclocked?

I'm testing OC on my video card (Sapphire vapor-x 7970 GHz edition)

and at stock it get's about 62 C at 1920X1080 with 8X MSAA with no crash.

I had it clocked higher and I ran a stress test and the PC restated due to overheating but didn't get to see what the card's temp was before the crash.

What is a safe temp to OC a GPU?

It would be preferable to have GPU and GPU VRM temps at no higher than 90C.

I won't let my 7970 over 80
