How is that play claw software?

It's on sale on Steam for $25, is it a good alternative to fraps or other video recorders? does it let you stream to sites like Twitch or only record gameplay?

Get Dxtory. People that I watch on Youtube use that for recording or if you don't want to pay for that then download MSI Afterburner (Latest Beta Version).

Before buying any software, I'd first try OBS (Open Broadcasting Software) and MSI Afterburner. Both are free and may do what you need.

EDIT: OBS will let you stream on Twitch with no restrictions. Tons of people use it as an alternative to xplit.

if you have an nvidia card you can use shadowplay (i think that's what it's called). they just added it to Geforce experience. Can't wait to get home and give it a try. Plus, it's free.

And extremely lightweight performance wise. Saw a test on youtube earlier where the hit was 95fps vs 92.5 fps in batman origins. Thats much better than fraps or even MSI afterburner. Too bad my upload is so terrible or I might be tempted to record more footage.

I can't figure out how to get OBS to capture my voice, it's irritating.
