I bought a USB Bluetooth adapter off amazon for $1.25 years ago that works great! It is super cheap to set up Bluetooth on your pc.

They mostly confirmed that you can connect it to a PC with a micro USB cable. The question of weather or not it could be connected wirelessly to a PC wasn't answered until recently.
