"Ultra high graphics" is meaningless. It's a console game - there are no graphics settings. Only 1080p 60fps actually means anything, and PC games have been capable of that at ACTUAL "ultra high graphics" for years.
Also, when they promoted the PS4 at E3, they discreetly used the PC version of Battlefield 4 and hoped nobody would notice.

Take what you can get, PS4 has the Xbox one beat graphics wise at least. But you know it is impossible for any console to have as good graphics as a high end gaming computer. They are already several times more powerful and will continue to evolve. These consoles are already outdated in the PC community's eyes.

Thing is, the PC versions of these launch games for next gen are better than the console versions. Which means it will stay that way throughout the entire generation. Whether your hardware can run the game better than the console version or not is a different story.
