good question to ask:

-Can I get a computer that is graphically as powerful as the PS4 for only $400?

Can you play a PS4 online for $400?

When you factor in a generation's worth of PSN costs, yes, you could get a PC as powerful or more for the price of a PS4.

The sad part is, PS4 is struggling to run BF4 at 900p/60fps, while similar specced PCs are having no trouble hitting 1080/60 while recording 1080p/60fps video at the same time.

You know, I always love the word "peasant" and how these insecure man children uses them, apparently we are peasant because we can afford a $50-$60 game on first release and can afford $400 PS4 as well as controllers and accessories while PC gamers are up in joy about buying a game for $2.50 or $4.99 games and refuse to pay a full price game. It's ironic but funny.

Spoken truly like a peasant that spends his money foolishly.

A fool and his money are easily parted after all.

Spoken truly like a dead beat who makes his mommy and daddy spend their money spoiling a dead beat who doesn't want to look for a job or go to work for that matter.

It's called having a good job, something you might want to look into instead of wasting majority of your time trolling on the PS4 board.

A 200-300 watt ps4/xbone vs. a 800-1000 watt PC.

Hmm... Which one has a higher ceiling?

PC Gaming will be at 4K in what...2 years?

I'd wager that the majority of PC games released during the PS3's lifespan support 4K already. All a dev has to do is NOT hard-code something that says "this game's maximum resolution is [less than 3840x2060]" and boom - your game supports 4K.

The real barrier to 4K gaming is the TV's. 4K resolution on 24" computer monitors seems kind of pointless, demand for enormous PC monitors isn't especially high, and current HDTVs are limited to HDMI 1.4 which only allows 4K@30Hz - kind of a deal breaker for PC gaming.
